ABOUT THE FORUM
The National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution (NCTDR) launched the International Forum on Online Dispute Resolution in 2001 and has hosted it every year since. It has become the premiere ODR gathering for courts, providers, and academics. This year, the 26th forum will be held at Harvard University in the new Rubenstein Treehouse conference center.
Previous ODR Forums have been held in Geneva, Melbourne, Cairo, Liverpool, Hong Kong, Victoria (Canada), Haifa (Israel), Liverpool, Prague, Buenos Aires, Chennai, Prague, Montreal, Paris, The Hague, Silicon Valley, New York City, Beijing, Auckland (New Zealand), Williamsburg (VA, USA), online, Dublin, Bengaluru, Montreal, Prague, and London.
At this gathering experts from around the globe will discuss the latest trends in using technology to manage and resolve conflicts both online and offline, as well as emerging technologies (including agentic AI) that are transforming justice systems worldwide. This year is particularly special because it will include a special celebration of the Father of ODR, Professor Ethan Katsh.
